- Creating sales plans - Lead team to achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly - Build up and develop sales channels to expand customer base and sales revenue - Promoting the company's existing brands and Plan & introducing new products launching plan. - Promotion mechanic for all outlets, forecast on ordering promotion items - Set sales target, sales plan, and sales activities for each sales channel to drive sales growth - Forecast sales, and allocate stock among sales channels and sales counters to maximize product shelf-life - Take care of side-by-side support key accounts to achieve a win-win business - Maintaining relationships with dealers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating - Staying up-to-date on trends through performing market research. - Set performance and sales targets for sales staff. - On-the-job training and coaching to achieve high sales and customer service standards. - Manage day-to-day operations of stores, department stores, sales staff schedule - Coordinate with the Marketing team to organize and manage sales events, workshops, roadshows at stores and other locations per company direction - Play a key role in contributing company strategies to achieve the common goal and sustainable growth. - Others as assigned Job requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in Sales with team management experience - Experience in managing a Sales outfit with a proven track record in Sales. - Cosmetics Industry with a similar position is preferred - Experience in developing various distribution channels, especially in modern trade. - Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills - Result-oriented, Active, Responsible - Ability to work under pressure-Laptop -Bonus -Paid Leave -Health check -Free using products
