About The Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle contacts with UOB customers in a proesional way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer’s issues at first contact where possible.
- Deliver what is promised in line with customer expectations.
- Offer value added products and services based on customer needs analysis and ensure customer understanding of those products.
- Provide excellent customer service to basic customer contacts by keeping up to date on training and internal communications.
- Generate customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services.
- Own and resolve issues and understand how and when to escalate.
- Recognized Degree in Business Administration/ Banking & Finance.
- Be proficient in English
- Open to working flexible shifting schedules
- Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
- Take pride in delivering what is promised in line with the customer and service expectations
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
- Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialised applications
- Excellent communication skills and is polite and friendly at all times
- Display patience and empathy

Doanh nghiệp phải thực hiện đúng các quy định của pháp luật về đất đai, xây dựng, phòng cháy chữa cháy, bảo vệ môi trường, các quy định khác của pháp luật hiện hành và các điều kiện kinh doanh đối với ngành nghề kinh doanh có điều kiện.
