Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and committed Junior Business Development Executive to support and drive our outbound sales and lead generation efforts. This role is suited for candidates with some prior experience or strong foundational knowledge in sales and business development. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects, as well as supporting various sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads, customer segments, and industry trends.
• Maintain and expand a database of qualified leads and prospective clients.
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to introduce KIMEI Global’s services.
• Qualify leads using specific criteria and schedule meetings or demos with senior sales.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to craft outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Participate in sales meetings and support proposal development where applicable.
• Track and document all lead generation activities and interactions using CRM systems.
• Deliver performance reports and insights regularly to improve sales processes.

Deliverables:

• A qualified and segmented lead database aligned with KIMEI’s target industries.
• Daily/weekly logs of outreach activities, including success rates and response metrics.
• Consistent pipeline of sales-qualified leads.
• Reports detailing outreach performance, lead progress, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, preferably in the tech/software industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Basic to fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Experience using CRM platforms and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar.
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
