Position: Customer Service

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Adhere to customer service processes, from order entry to the delivery of products.
Oversee the daily operations within the customer service team, including managing escalations, conducting quality checks, and addressing customer needs.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Identify and implement optimal solutions for customer issues that are escalated.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, while also handling additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Coordinate with vendors to gather information related to the preparation and shipment of customer orders.
Provide customer assistance through various communication channels including email, live chat, social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and phone.
Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Requirements:
Interested in US- UK culture.
Proficient in English, with strong writing skills required.
Honest, detail- oriented, and self- motivated.
Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) or prior work in a Print On Demand company is an advantage.
Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

A guaranteed bonus of 1 months‘ salary per year
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, and Saturday from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm. Break times: 12:00 pm to 01:00 pm (lunch) and 03:00 pm to 03:20 pm (afternoon break).
