Mô tả công việc

Leadership & Management:

Oversee and manage the technical team specializing in network infrastructure, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality performance.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline operational processes and project deployment.

2. Deployment & Operations:

Plan, deploy, and monitor projects related to hardware, network systems, and backend operations.
Ensure the network operates reliably, maintain customer data confidentiality, and comply with safety standards.
3. Support & Training:
Organize training sessions, provide guidance, and deliver technical support to both internal teams and clients during and after project deployments.

4. Evaluation & Improvement:

Monitor and assess network system performance and propose innovative technological solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

2. Experience:

Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in network management and operations.

3. Technical Skills:

Proficient in Tailscale and OpenVPN.
Solid knowledge of Ubuntu Server and .NET.
Preferred experience with Cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, MQTT, and BACnet.

4. Communication Skills:

Must have strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Professional problem-solving skills and effective decision-making capabilities.

5. Work Schedule:

Must be available for a night shift from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM (4 hours required for night-shift, and 4 flexible hours).
Immediate availability is required.

6. Remote Work Conditions:

Remote work is permitted. Applicants must have their own work equipment.

7. Principles:
