About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to help build, measure, optimize, and expand our Marketing programs to drive the growth of our two main services: Transportation and
Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, implementing, measuring, and evaluating the performance of Marketing programs in each province, supporting the creation of demand and integrated Marketing campaigns, providing information for strategic planning and budgets, and improving overall processes, technology, and workflow of the Marketing department.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Manage campaigns in 4-5 provinces/cities in the Northern/Central/Southern cluster.
• Support and oversee the development of on-ground Marketing campaigns (offline) with the Marketing department: surveys, research, reports on local venues where campaigns take place.
• Collaborate with various departments and target audiences for Marketing operations (internal) Marketing, Operations, Sales (external) Restaurants, Agencies, Drivers, etc.
• Lead Marketing activities within the company app: plan weekly/monthly in-app displays with Marketing, execute installations, monitor displays, measure effectiveness.
• Assist in creating real-time reports on local situations: events, new trends locally, weekly and monthly, contributing to improving campaign performance and evaluation, as well as proposing next steps.
• Responsible for providing regular industry and competitive analysis to help the team understand the current business environment locally.

Requirements:

• OPEN FOR FRESHER with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Operations,….
• Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks to complete as committed & instructed by management and work well in a fast-paced work environment.
• Good communication skills, able to work with all departments, external partners.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, updates, online meetings, etc.
• Willingness to travel, move to 4-5 cities/provinces in the managed region.

Salary and Benefits:

• Gross salary: 10.200.000 VND (based on your experience and skills).
• Service voucher: 300.000 VND/month.
• 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI.
