Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Job description:
- Collect and arrange documents from clients in a timely manner;
- Translate and prepare immigration documents;
- Advise clients on how to prepare and complete visa/immigration application;
- Assist the lawyers in building strong and convincing files for clients;
- Follow up, guide and assist clients during the application process;
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2. Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor degree;
- At least 3 years experience working with visa/immigration application;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral;
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines;
- Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently, resourcefully, learn new complex tools;
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other working tools.
3. Working conditions and benefits container:
- An attractive monthly salary + commission with “13th-month salary” and bonus;
- Working time: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 12am (Saturday);
- Professional, dynamic working environment;
- Social, health and unemployment insurance according to Labor Law;

- 12 day’s annual leave;
- Company trip twice per year;
- Coffee and snacks provided.
