We are hiring 02 experienced File Processing Officers to join our expanding immigration team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong knowledge in EB5 and European Investment Immigration Programs who are looking to advance their career in a professional and dynamic environment.
1. Job Responsibilities:
• Collect, organize, and manage client documents in a timely and accurate manner;
• Translate and prepare legal and immigration documentation;
• Advise clients on the preparation and submission of immigration/visa applications, especially for EB5 and European Investment Programs;
• Coordinate with legal teams to build strong, comprehensive, and persuasive case files;
• Maintain proactive communication and provide ongoing guidance to clients throughout the entire application process;
• Handle administrative tasks and support duties as assigned during the interview process.2. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, English, or related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in processing EB5 or European Immigration Investment applications (EB5 immigration case experience is a significant plus);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure;
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
