QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education
▪ College or University graduation Degree qualification in engineering subject or
Industrial Management.

▪ Lean Six Sigma Green belt / Black belt is advantage.
2. Experience
▪ Minimum 1 -2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with lean and
continuous improvement experience.
3. Knowledge of:
▪ Tools and techniques including Value Stream Mapping, flow, pull, process flow charts,
takt time, quick changeover study, Kanban and visual management.
▪ Statistical Process Control
▪ Process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC and Plan-Do-CheckAct.
▪ Problem solving tools such as Ishikawa, 5-why.
4. Skills and Abilities
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
• Excellent use of Microsoft office, particularly in a creative way for developing KPI charts
and engaging communication boards.
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Very proactive and energetic.
• Good at Written and Spoken English.
• Work well in a team-based environment.
