1. Job description:

a) UI

· Own overall end-to-end HMI/C-App designs across all vehicle product lines— from the big picture down to specifics of feature or service flows.

· Find and propose the best UI/UX suppliers to work with VinFast.

· Work with the marketing department to develop and maintain signature aesthetics, standards and brand integrity.

· Work closely with UI suppliers to define VinFast’s design concepts for HMI, C-App and relevant platforms.

· Evaluate UI design options with related departments and experts to ensure alignment with VinFast’s branding and optimize customer experience.

· Monitor the UI development process. Report issues to the leadership team when needed

· Constantly propose new ideas and options to improve VinFast’s UI design.

b) UX

· Research and propose suitable UX/customer journey for VinFast’s HMI, C-App, website...

· Drive the improvement process to enable the delivery of great customer experiences across stages, channels & touchpoints in the customer journey.

· Evaluate the O2O (online to offline) flow from customers perspective to propose improvements and adjustments.

· Manage user testing and user feedback with various customers around the world to define the future UI/UX design of Vinfast vehicle lines.

2. Requirement:

· 5+ years experience in Automotive User Interface / HMI design and/or related field.

· Directly involved with successfully strategizing, designing, and optimizing UI/UX. Hands on knowledge and experience in using various CX & UX tools.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Systems Design, Human Machine Interface, Engineering...

· Broad knowledge of changes in the modern customer experience landscape with expertise in e Business, e Commerce, marketing operations, and digital technology.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and an expert-level ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization as well as externally.

· An online portfolio or samples of work
