- Identify and engage potential customers for Cloud Solutions and eCommerce Solutions through events, partner networks, and market research.
- Represent the company at events to gather customer insights and conduct initial assessments of their needs.
- Collaborate with official partners in the Vietnamese market to create business opportunities.
- Research and qualify potential customers based on company evaluation criteria.
- Discuss client needs, gather requirements, and provide initial consultations on solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent client care and identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions.
- Analyze competitors and market trends, contributing to the company’s growth and market development plan.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about E-commerce platforms/Cloud services.
- Fluent in English (must have).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales operations or support is a plus.
