Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support project leaders with quality related tasks to ensure compliance with ASPICE process level 2
• Scheduling QGC meetings
• Create Assessments on OneQ system
• Advise PJMs which documents to prepare, advise statements on each questions on Assessment list
• Follow and Collect Documents from PjM, PCMs..
• Documentation preparation for quality gates (QG) meetings
• Moderation of risk analysis meetings
• Plan and ensure mandatory document reviews
• Act as consultant to the project team concerning appropriate quality assurance activities in the development
• Report the quality assurance for the project in compliance with the program quality assurance plan
• Derives and checks quality KPIs in compliance with the program quality targets.
• Assist project in preparation for Internal and External Audit.
• Assist project in following up and closure of OPL from Audits.

QUALIFICATION

• Education: university degree in Computer Science, Electronics or comparable studies
• Minimum Experience: 3 yrs work experience in relevant field (preferred in Automotive and Quality)
• Basic knowledge about ASPICE preferred
• Good Knowledge in Software development and Testing; basic knowledge in Quality Assurance
• Automotive System Domain know-how will be added advantage
• Languages to read, speak and write: good skills in English, basic skills in Japanese preferred (not mandatory)
• Detail orientation thinking skills
• An empathic personality with passion for Quality
• Motivated to succeed as a team, not only as an individual contributor
• Ability to focus as well as multi-task
• Assertive and objective communication
