Responsible for planning, supervision and management of all sections of FB division to ensure that the overal service standards delivery are maintained in accordance with hotel's strategic plan and standards
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements as well as brand standards and local policies & procedures
Oversee the management of restaurants, bars & outlets. Oversee the management of kitchen operation
Ensure all staff are properly trained on quality and service standard and have the necessary tools & equipment to effectively carry out their job functions
Work with HR on man power planning and management needs
Work with DOF in the preparation and management of department's budget

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and 3rd parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
Good communication and writing skill
Bachelor degreein Hotel Management, culinary art or related field
5 year related experience, including management experience, or an equivelent combination of education and experience
