Oversee the Experience Department operations, ensuring high-quality service in the Experience Center, Fitness Center, Pool, Beach, and Boat operations.
Manage host performance, including selection, training, engagement, and recognition programs, while ensuring guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Ensure health and safety standards for both guests and hosts, and promote sustainability practices.
Attend daily operational meetings, implement Six Senses best practices and LQA standards, and liaise with Front Office for smooth operations.
Maintain relationships with external teams, such as the National Park, and ensure safe and up-to-date trekking routes and activities.
Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring the service recovery process is followed.
Monitor guest preferences, update profiles, and ensure smooth arrival, departure, and service processes.
Handle any other duties as assigned by the Resort Manager and General Manager

First aid knowledge
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Familiar at creating reports, summaries and other documentation.
Must participate and successfully complete training and educational programs made available to Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
