Job Requirements

• Information Technology or Computer Science background.
• Have at least 5 years of experience working on web systems.
• Experience with Python/Django is an advantage.
• Understanding of website performance metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and security.
• Experience in refactoring existing codebases.
• Have knowledge and experience with AWS and DevOps.
• Good at English.
• Ability to clearly articulate problems, solutions, plans, and processes.
• A team player who is passionate about developing award-winning works using the latest progressive frameworks.
• Strong sense of teamwork, high responsibility.
• Strong logical thinking; proactive, open-minded and learning attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the engineering team in Vietnam and the product team in the U.S.
• Participate in the requirements analysis meeting with stakeholders to establish objectives, scope, priorities, risks, and timelines.
• Break down complex problems and coordinate efforts among team members to solve them.
• Assess project risks related to quality, schedule, and resource constraints.
• Deliver high quality outputs (code, scripts, test cases, checklists, or test results).
• Refactor codes and optimize the non-functional quality of existing codes.
• Contribute to improving the development/testing environment, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
