Our Product Management team partners closely with the Regional Product Team and cross-functional departments to identify and prioritize user needs, test solutions, and manage product rollouts and iterations. Job Description

• Conduct in-depth reviews of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure comprehensive feedback is provided in a timely manner.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases for each new requirement to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Execute a wide range of testing activities, including system, integration, user acceptance and regression testing to ensure feature and system stability.
• Collaborate closely with developers to identify and diagnose the root causes of bugs, and fix solutions
• Perform release testing in production environments to validate feature functionality.
• Assist the business stakeholders in troubleshooting issues and support their operations
• Maintain a proactive, quality-driven approach to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in software testing, with strong experience in both functional and non-functional Testing.
• Skilled in ad-hoc testing, with a strong foundation in mobile and web application testing.
• Proven experience in UI/UX testing, with a solid understanding of user experience principles.
• Adapt at technical problem-solving, including root cause analysis, data gathering, and system/software quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying business requirements.
