Estimates or quotes prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Provide management of incoming internal and customer orders, required contracts or other documentation such as invoices and payment, tender documents
Consults with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems / complaints and to provide ongoing support
Maintain up- to- date database of customer information, orders and delivery follow up.
Produced sales presentations for various meetings.
Continuously offer new program, products to existing customers
Planned and facilitated departmental events such as product samples and catalogs, brochures. following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations, and attending trade shows and conferences when requested.
Partnered with Sales Team and respective resellers by providing critical administrative sales support.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same positions or Sales/ Sales Support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and event management skills.
• Proficient in English (4 skills)
• The ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge or experience in Accounting is an advantage
