RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Petty cash management in HCM office
Work with auditors/ consultants on accounting and tax reports.
Prepare administration expenses payment
Other Ad hoc works as requested by management
Perform daily payment to suppliers
Manage the payable performance, support the operation team in dealing with vendor, supplier contact and payment schedule.
Cash flow management, weekly forecast and reporting daily bank balances
Check PIT, VAT, WHT reports prepared by tax accountant to ensure the correct calculation & tax law application
Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are posting
Prepare VAS financial statement reports, Company income tax, Transfer pricing submission
REQUIREMENTS:
Understanding the Vietnamese Tax system, specifically CIT, VAT, WHT…
Proficient in Windows 10, MS Office (especially Excel)
Fluent in English;
2 years in General Accounting
Good understanding of VAS/IFRS;
University qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Auditing;
