Develop & Execute Sales Plans:Create monthly strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for VIP and PT clients.
Manage Client Relationships: Build strong connections with high-value members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
Lead with the Team:Work closely with part-time and full-time sales staff to hit group targets and provide guidance as needed.
Support & Report:Track your performance and share insights with management to help optimize business strategies.

3 years experience in sales and relationship management, ideally in the fitness, wellness, beauty & spa or hospitality industry.
A passion for helping people reach their goals and the ability to build trust with clients.
Intermediate to advanced English speaking and strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’re great with people and know how to connect with diverse personalities.
A proactive team player with a drive to succeed and grow in a dynamic environment.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and challenges.
