Mô tả công việc
- Receive purchase requests from departments, find suppliers, and negotiate to choose suppliers with good prices.
- Notify relevant departments about purchase status, delivery time, and relevant information, documents.
- Coordinate with technical engineers at the construction site to record and verify the correct quantity, quality, specifications and types of materials.
- Search and evaluate supplier links to match the company's evaluation standards, research, compare, and purchase materials according to project requirements.
- Track, check, and monitor the purchasing process and order journey to successfully complete the purchasing work according to the construction site's schedule.
- Monitor, observe and promoptly respond if there are any problems with the source of goods or suppliers.
- Search for goods with full payment accorrding to set requirements.
- Search for material supplier equipment.
- Receive and check the set of documents accompanying purchased goods (invoive, P/L, C/O, C/Q, B/L, airway bill...)
- Store accounting data according to the company's regulations.
- Prepare reports related to the purchasing process as required.
- Other jobs will be discussed during the interview.

- Ability to manage and control work and complete deadlines.

Thứ 2 - Thứ 7 (từ 08:00 đến 17:00)
