Responsibilities:

1. Factories Sourcing:

• Receive order information from the operations department

• Source the factories from both Vietnam and overseas.

• Compare and evaluate suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate the term of contract and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Follow up orders, check orders before buying to ensure adequate production, and solve arising problems.

• Manage orders, and track and monitor delivery progress as planned.

• Keep updated purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

• Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

2. Quotations:

• Documents processing

• Conduct regular freight rate analysis on market conditions, inquiry for quotation, price maintenance, timely update, and sort out the shipping lines' freight rates and give feedback to ensure the latest market consultation.

• Assist and guide sales to make quotations for customers and help sales to develop business according to personal understanding of market route rates.

• Good cooperation with the company's cross-department, responsible for regular

• Work Experiences: Fresh Graduates or 3 ~8 years of work experiences
• Language: Vietnamese, English, Chinese (additional advantage, not compulsory)
• Education: College graduates with Majors in Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent degrees. • Have communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Be careful and timely at work.
