RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage regional social media channels, content calendar, digital ads plan and regional press releases.
• In charge of regional exhibition activities and support local exhibitions.
• Effectively identify and use various marketing channels across SEA to fulfill the customer journey and reach desired outcomes.
• Consolidate market data and input from the field / SEA marketing team to effectively leverage/prioritize into regional marketing programs/action plans.
• Manage the concurrent execution of a variety of marketing tactics within a given program, including marketing admin and budgeting responsibilities.
• Effectively identify and use various marketing channels across SEA to achieve the desired response.
• Report and monitor campaign performance (KPI's) and implement improvements in order to optimize campaign return on investment (ROI), and improve business impact.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Educational Background: Degree in Digital Marketing, Event Management, Advertising, or Marketing Operations (experience in the Medical Devices/Pharma industry is a plus).
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Required experience in: Search Optimization; Content Building; Social Media Advertising; Event Organization; Budget Optimization and Management; Channels KPIs Management
• English Skills: Excellent communication and written English skills, essential for collaborating with multinational teams.
