Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Victoria Can Tho Resort, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the Can Tho market. You will work closely with local Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and actively seek out business opportunities for accommodation, meetings, conferences, and F&B/banquet services. Your primary goal is to enhance the resort's visibility and market share in the corporate segment and among local residents.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local DMCs in Can Tho.
• Coordinate with DMCs to develop attractive seasonal packages and promotions to attract more guests to the resort.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Can Tho market.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in the corporate segment.
• Develop strategies to target and secure accommodation, meeting, and conference bookings from corporate clients.
• Stay updated on competitors activities.
• Promote the resort's F&B and banquet services to local residents and businesses.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Attend local networking events and trade shows to promote the resort and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Work closely with the Reservation Manager and R&B Manager and other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and updates for the management.
• Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle inquiries and bookings for accommodation, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Ensure all sales materials and collateral are up to date and effective.• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the Can Tho market and local business landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
