Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Performance Management: Monitor and drive sales performance across retail stores, ensuring all locations meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance store performance.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, train, and mentor store sales teams to achieve business goals. Provide ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
• Planogram Management: Monitor and implement the planogram at stores to increase the customers’ experience and satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends to develop action plans. Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Work with the supply chain to ensure stores are stocked appropriately, maintaining optimal stock levels and product displays. Address inventory issues and ensure smooth stock replenishment.
• Promotions and Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and in-store events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Sales Strategy and Market Development: Continuously assess the market and competitor landscape to adapt sales strategies, expand market reach, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales management. Experience with fashion brands is highly preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a high level of performance.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the fashion retail market, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Data analysis: Proficient in using retail management software, and data analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and management.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
