SCOPE OF WORK
The Hospitality, F&B, Campaign Assistant Account Manager, Destination Marketing will be responsible for cooperating with related departments from Hotels, F&B and operation in developing, overseeing and executing the design, layout, and branding of the hotels, F&B outlets, and campaign events.
This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of branding principles to ensure all visual communications are cohesive and aligned with the hotel’s brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Design and Layout:
- Develop and design visual concept and content for all hotel collaterals, including promotional materials from operational departments of Spa, Front Office, Room, Food & Beverage, House Keeping, Recreation, and sale brochures and collaterals, signage, and digital assets.
- Ensure the hotel collateral follow strictly branding guideline and remain consistency.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for F&B outlets, including menus, posters, and promotional materials.
- Design layouts for campaign events, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual presentation.
Branding and Identity:
- Maintain and enforce the Hoiana and Hospitality, F&B, Campaign brand guidelines across all visual communications.
- Ensure consistency in branding look and feel across all design materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine the brand's visual identity.
Campaign Support:
- Come out the main KV for seasonal campaigns with creative design solutions that drive engagement and awareness.
- Develop and design event collateral, including invitations, banners, social media graphics, and promotional items.
- Work closely with the event planning team to create on-brand event experiences.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with operational departments to ensure design needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Work with photographers and videographers to create compelling visual content for hotels, F&B and campaign.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Prioritize tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
Innovation and Trends:
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Propose innovative design solutions to enhance the hotel's visual communication strategy.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Working on-site at Hoiana.
- More than 5 years of work experience in a design firm, advertising agency with projects related to hospitality, real estate, golf, casino.
- Good writing and communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.
- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and/or wire-framing tools.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
