'For Booking scope
- Receive booking forecast, booking request (BR) from Customer, contact Carriers for booking release, and confirm booking (BC) to Customer
- Work with Carriers to resolve all issues related to Customer's export shipments such as schedule change, vessel delay / omission, mis-connection, space shortage, container shortage, payment and invoicing, etc.);
- Collaborate with internal teams such as trucking, customs clearance, tracking, billing, etc. to do daily task and resolve other issues (container swapping, booking revision, CY cut-off extension, vessel delay, etc.);
- Try to follow and maintain good 1st Carrier KPI;
- Monitor LCL consol box operation weely
For Documents scope
- Submit S/I to Carriers to get Master Bill of Lading;
- Confirm and send B/L to related parties (Customer, customs clearance, document filing)
- Submit container’s SOLAS VGM to Carriers/Forwarders;
- Resolve all B/L-related issues (B/L correction, amendment, re-issuing B/L);
- Issuing House B/L for certain destinations;
- Resolve trouble / issue regarding job's scope;
- Fulfil other tasks and assignments given by direct manager, local management.

- 100% gross salary during probation;

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- College or university graduated, preferred in export-import, foreign trade, international business, logistics & SCM
- Background knowledge in import-export, international shipping, wordwide logistics & freight forwarding
- Minimum 01 years of similar job position, preferred in logistics company
- Proficiency in English / Vietnamese communication & interpretation;
- Proficiency in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint);
- Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working;
- Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system;
- Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task;
- Able to work overtime.
