Check customer satisfaction on products and service
Handle customer complaint cases, support customers to issue invoices
Handle orders on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tik Tok E-commerce platforms
Check inventory and prepare goods for timely delivery to transportation company
Total up all orders on E-Commerce platforms to report to Accounting Department
Support orders need to deliver in a rush, within the day

Summary all transport expenses, refunds and debt of platforms on the first day of every month
Check payment information on platforms and report to Accounting Department

Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree
Minimum 1 years experience in this field.
