• At least 3 years working as a dedicated Business Analyst in BFSI.
• Hands-on experience in building products, features and services in the banking and financial services sector.
• Well-seasoned Business Analyst competencies and skillset, including but not limited to logical, critical, analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience working closely with Product, Technology and Development teams in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients in English.

Compensation:

● Salary increment and bonus based on OKRs mid-year and year-end review.
