1. Direct Interpretation
Provide direct interpretation between English and Vietnamese in meetings, work sessions, and other necessary situations.
Assist foreign employees in communicating with Vietnamese staff and vice versa.
2. Document Translation
Translate technical documents, contracts, reports, and related documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
Ensure accuracy and faithful representation of the translated documents.
3. Communication Support
Assist in communication during training and instruction sessions for employees.
Address inquiries and support foreign employees during their work at the factory.
4. Other Duties
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Participate in special projects or tasks when assignedQualification & Experience
TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent certification
Bachelor or Diploma degree on relevant major.
Have at least 01-year experience at the production company.
Skill
English fluently in 4 skills (Reading, listening, speaking, writing)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible in work.
