Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Customer Management:
- Receive and manage customer inquiries and requests, including CJ Affiliates Customers (Vietnam & Overseas).
- Prepare quotations and sales contracts based on customer specifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers, answer questions, and provide explanations.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with Sales Team leaders to develop project proposals and plans. Analyze and calculate pricing for typical projects, particularly software projects.
- Handle all project documentation, including sales contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Follow invoice and payment schedules with customers and ensure timely collections.
- Forecast project revenue and profit for the entire year.
- Manage and support the execution of assigned projects.
- Administrative and Reporting:
- Maintain and update supplier, sales, and customer records.
- Assist with monthly closing activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
- Assist with finding outsourcing personnel for projects when needed.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with Heads/Leaders in other departments to develop project plans and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as requested by the CEO, Managers, and Sales Team leaders.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Assistant, or Administrator in a similar environment.
- Proficient in English; Korean language is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, agility, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to use the SAP B1 system is a significant advantage.

2. Working Environment
- Working time: Monday – Friday. We work 40 hours per week.
