Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top IT talent.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness to potential hires.
• Assist in organizing career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and handling documentation.
• Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, including payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and handling queries related to salary and benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
