Chi tiết công việc
1. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned export markets.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prospect for and qualify potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals with international customers.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend trade shows and other industry events.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
2. Diploma – Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in frozen food sales and frozen food market;
• Proven record of hitting and exceeding targets;
• Working knowledge of logistics and packaging.
3. Competences
• Having passion for fruits;
• Having a strategic and business mind;
• Bilingual with proficiency in English, French speaking and writing is a plus;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality);
• Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required;
• Good initiative with positive attitude, and able to travel frequently under short notice;

Hiện tại đội ngũ VIVUCA có hơn 100 nhân sự gồm 2 bộ phận chính là Marketing và Sale, với mong muốn mở rộng quy mô và đồng hành cùng những nhân sự có khao khát phát triển bản thân mãnh liệt, VIVUCA đang tuyển dụng vị trí NV Telesales (JD chi tiết đính kèm bên dưới)
