Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the target market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Build the next level sales team
Collaborate with Delivery Team and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions and services to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and market positioning.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales or similar role in the IT/ HR services or related industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in the ITO sector..
Ability to work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English languages is required.

For Hanoi Team:
Sales Fresher IT/ Junior BD & Account Manager position: office
Senior Account Manager & higher positions: hybrid/ remoteSalary review twice a year. Basic salary upto 1800$.
