Mô tả công việc
Purchase Order (PO) Management:
- Create and process purchase orders in our ERP system based on buyer requests.
- Track PO status, follow up with vendors regarding delivery timelines and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all POs, including vendor information, product details, and delivery dates.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels and forecasting demand.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with buyers regarding potential stockouts.
- Support the tracking and reconciliation of inventory across different warehouses/ channels
Vendor Communication:
- Maintain communication with vendors regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues that may arise.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Data Entry & Management:
- Input product information and update relevant databases.
- Maintain accurate records of product specifications, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for the buying team.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the buying team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the buying team (reports, seeding,...)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in an administrative or purchasing assistant role, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of import/export processes (a plus).
Other:
- A passion for beauty and the beauty industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Extreme attention to details.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Knowing Chinese is also a plus.
