Job Description - Assistant to CEO/ Project Manager
Company: Giaohangtietkiem - A technology company operating in the Logistics field in Vietnam
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Job Description:
As a member of the CEO Office Team, you will play a strategic role in:
1. Participating in new business projects to promote business growth, especially when GHTK focused on expanding partnerships with big enterprises and partners.
or 2. Enhancing customer experience. We focus on committed quality standards and care deeply about customer satisfaction. Therefore, design comprehensive customer care solutions is essential.
or 3. Optimize last mile/ middle mile operations to increase quality standard. Operation management through utilizing comprehensive resources (human resources, warehouse, operating procedures,...) to ensure general operations for the projects or service.
We are looking for dynamic, young candidates with excellent expertise and sustainable enthusiasm for the business to contribute to the growth and development of our company.Requirements:
- Industry: The most suitable candidates have deep experience in large enterprises in fields such as logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, retail, consumer, F&B, etc.
- Expertise: Candidates should specialize in business solution, business operation, strategic growth, business development, and customer experience.... Good ability to analyze and use data.
- Position: Candidates should have experience in managerial or head of department positions, with the ability to work independently, managerial experience, and a desire to develop strong leadership skills.
- Competency has been proven through a minimum of 10 years of work experience, a income -$5,000/month or more.
- Excellent English.
- Having knowledge and experience in delivery is an advantage.
