- Sourcing products & services to meet price target & quality standard
- Regularly keep price up-to-date & competitive
- Negotiate with Suppliers & manage suppliers
- Training suppliers to use the system
- Follow up pending Purchase Request & Purchase Order to ensure goods delivered on time
- Develop & manage product items for assigned category
- Co-ordinate with Marketing team to understand Customers' requirement
- Co-ordinate with other teams in the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible
- Assure to comply all law provisions related to purchasing, both global and local
- Comply with Company's anti-corruption and bribery policiesYêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree: Major in Purchasing, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant fields (from top-ranked universities is preferred)
- Prefer candidates with at least 1 year experience in sourcing Industrial Products
- Prefer candidates who ever worked in Electronic and Automobile field Trading company
- Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic English
- Good time, task & deadline management skills
- Able to do multi-tasks and prioritize tasks consistent with business objectives
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Having customer-focused attitude
- Be able and willing to work under high pressure
- Fast learning and adapting to new working environment
