The Position

As a QA Team lead, you will be responsible for leading a group of QA working on several products. The position will play an important role in assuring the quality of OPSWAT cyber security technologies and products at the highest level.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
• Ensure all tasks defined for each release meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking
• Support team members to achieve goals defined for each release/quarterly goals/yearly goals
• Ensure team members balance their workload for both manual and automated tests
• Lead QA training/knowledge sharing activities
• Coordinate product integration test across the teams
• Hands-on manual and automated test if needed to share workload with the teams

What We Need From You

• BSc/BA in IT or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in leading a QA team
• Experience in performing different types of testing such as: manual testing, functional testing, integration testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, security testing, regression testing
• Experience in testing software on different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and Browsers
• Experience in working with Scrum/Kanban team
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiar with JIRA, TeamCity, Git
• Proven experience hiring, training and mentoring team members
• Good at reading and writing in both Vietnamese and English

It Would Be Nice If You Have

• Experience in building automation frameworks and writing automation using any scripting languages such as Python, optionally with other languages such as Java, C/C++, C#
• System and/or network administration skills (MCP and/or LPI certificates are welcomed)
• Cyber security domain experience, including file security, device security, network security
• ISTQB exam
