Valuations & Advisory professionals gain deep understanding of properties and assess market and economic conditions to determine the value of properties and provide accurate and trustworthy valuations that give confidence to clients to make well-informed real estate decisions.

About the Role:

• Undertake valuation assignments in Vietnam independently or as part of a team.
• Take responsibility for valuation assignments and liaise with clients to discuss their needs.
• Conduct the market research of all Valuation assignments across Vietnam, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes.
• Write valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisory.
• Make proposals and contracts as well as communicating and meeting with clients
  
  

About You

• Understanding of statistical calculations involved in Valuation reporting, especially in machinery and equipment, properties sectors
• Large social / general knowledge
• Good English (written and reading)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply from Finance, Marketing and Economic Universities
