This role is responsible for database management administration and supporting valuers in conducting different type of assets valuation service from mortgage to commercial.

About the Role:

• Inputting valuation data to Ministry of Finance’s system
• Supporting valuers in conducting different type of assets valuation service from mortgage to commercial.
• Conduct market research activities and manage data collection (via internet, phone interviews, site inspections, proprietary sources/database, articles, news) on assigned destinations.
• Translate standard documents.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects or additional tasks that may be required by the department.
• General administration duties relevant to the department.
  
  

About You

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Good organization and planning skill to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent in communication skills.
• Valuation education background is preferred.
