Job Description Summary

A Leasing Manager trains and oversees the onsite leasing functions and directs the sales efforts of an apartment community. The Leasing Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to community residents, future residents, vendors, and the corporate management team. The Leasing Manager also takes an active role in the external marketing and advertising of vacancies.

About the Role:

• Be responsible under the leadership of Associate Director/Head of Department to monitor and ensure achievement of the approved business plan
• Grow tenant advisory and landlord services including strategy development, annual objectives and potential targets in both HCMC & HN
• Help tenants identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements, including acquisition, renewal, relocation, or consolidation services.
• Support team leader in preparing option lists, business development activities and in helping tenants identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements, including acquisition, renewal, relocation, or consolidation services.
• Negotiating & executing tenant representation appointments, handling customer's requests and improving service quality to increase customer satisfaction
  
  

About You

• 5 years of work experience in commercial real estate industry and 3 years work experience in a supervisory position at MNC
• Knowledge of Vietnam and international real estate market and in-depth knowledge in the commercial estate is must.
• Extensive knowledge of tenancy strategy, market development, building leasing strategy and execution, landlord support and customer relationship management.
• Strong project management skill follow with well-established networks with developers and corporate clients
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
