Job Title: Digital Marketing Staff

Location: Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi Vietnam

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday

Salary: $600 - $800 Gross per month

Distinctive Kitchen is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Staff to help grow our brand and generate leads across digital channels. You will wear many hats - updating social media and our website, designing graphics, and launching Google Ads campaigns. If you’re a creative self-starter with both analytical and design chops, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management

• Produce on-brand marketing materials: social-media graphics, digital brochures, and product catalogs.
• Create and publish engaging content on social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Update website copy and imagery to reflect current promotions, product launches, and company news.

2. Paid Digital Advertising

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.
• Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, conversion rate) and adjust bids, keywords, and ad copy for performance improvements.

3. Prospect Outreach

• Utilize the BCI ConstructWire platform to identify and contact potential leads in the commercial construction space.
• Track outreach activity and follow up to qualify and nurture leads.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Deep knowledge and previous experience with Google Ads is preferred.

4. Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

5. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting
