Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi Vietnam

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday

Salary: $700 - $900 Gross per month

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing 2D construction drawings to prepare accurate material requirements. Our ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, can read and interpret 2D construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze construction drawing materials from customers and calculate BOM

2. Prepare detailed cost estimation files and ensure their accuracy and precision

3. Communicate effectively with team members

4. Adhere to timelines and complete tasks efficiently and on time

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

2. Technical background with the ability to read and interpret 2D construction drawings

3. Excellent attention to detail

4. Collaborative attitude and capability to thrive in a team-oriented setting

5. Knowledge or experience in interior building materials is a plus, but not required.

6. Good reading and writing English skill.
