Your responsibilities:

? Project Leadership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex software initiatives — from planning through deployment.
• Collaborate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and business units.
• Handle risk management, progress tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain solid project documentation and ensure delivery transparency.

? Technical Architecture & Strategy

• Lead architectural decisions around scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Choose and evaluate technology stacks (microservices, APIs, cloud).
• Guide teams on coding standards, system design, and documentation.
• Participate in and approve technical design reviews.

? Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Be the bridge between business goals and technical execution.
• Conduct requirement workshops, mentoring sessions, and design reviews.
• Help translate ambiguous product ideas into clear technical plans.

The ideal candidate:

✅ You Must Have

• 5+ years in software development, with at least 3 years as a tech leader/architect.
• 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in Agile environments.
• Real-world experience with Node.js or Java, React, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Proven delivery of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Excellent command of Jira, Confluence, and communication tools.
• English proficiency.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Certifications in project management (PMP, CSM) and/or architecture (AWS, GCP, TOGAF).
• DevOps knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Build,…).
