We're looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition cum Employer Branding to join our HR team. In this dual role, you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts (70%) while also helping shape and amplify our employer brand (30%) to attract top-tier talent.

This role is crucial in attracting top talent and building a strong employer brand that reflects our culture, values, and vision. You will manage end-to-end recruitment while also designing and executing employer branding initiatives across multiple channels.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding; startup experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Creative thinking and storytelling skills for both digital and offline content.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with ATS, HR platforms, and branding tools (e.g., Canva, social media schedulers) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
