Responsibilities:
3D Design and Modeling
Create 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various marketing materials, including digital content, print media, and event displays.
Develop detailed textures, lighting, and rendering to enhance the visual quality of 3D models.
Concept Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas for visual content.
Translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing and realistic 3D designs.
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Maintain organized project files and documentation for future reference.
Quality Assurance
Review and refine 3D models and animations to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any technical issues in the design.
Technical Skills and Software Proficiency
Stay updated with the latest advancements in 3D design software and tools.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers and other team members.

Work closely with other designers, marketers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
Technical Skills
Proficient in 3D design software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Strong understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
Creative Skills
Excellent visual and artistic skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
Ability to create realistic and stylized 3D models and animations.
Project Management Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Portfolio
