Formostar Garment (Vietnam) Co., Ltd

You will be responsible to Demand and Production planning in the South of Vietnam. Ensure compliance with Vietnam law and follow up PPG policy. Monitor planning activities and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve Supply Chain KPIs. Monitor supply Planning Raw Materials (RMs) and Finished Goods (FGs) and Non-Raw Materials (Non-RMs). You will report directly to Demand & Production Planning Manager
Key Responsibilities
Demand management
- Receive sale orders/forecast from the customer service/sale team and create the demand.
- Break down into RM and provide the demand (to the supply team) and follow up/update the status.
- Data analysis to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
- Keep track and report forecast accuracy.
- Confirm delivery schedule to CS/Sale.
Production planning management
- Consolidate, compare, check and confirm production volume monthly to Toller.
- Develop production planning daily/weekly/monthly.
- Coordinate with production to meet customer expectation for delivery time.
- Contact with Sales team/Production team to update the planning schedule on time.
Material management
- Support manager on planning and controlling all activities end-to-end to meet department targets / KPIs
- Manage / Control and follow up all incoming materials.
- Balance coming shipment / delivery to create new Purchase Orders (POs) for all RMs/ FGs following Demand Planning's needs and Non-RMs from requestors
- Work with suppliers for PO and shipping/ delivery schedule confirmation to meet production demand
- Work with Procurement/ Regional Commodity Manager (RCM) on sourcing for sample/ new project/ supply secure/ alternative to lower down sole/ single source

Qualifications
- Years of experience: ≥5 year(s)
- ≥ 2 years of management experience.
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Demand and production planning and familiar with Oracle/SAP/ERP are mandatory
- High proficiency in verbal & written English and local language
- Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality systems
