We are looking for an experienced Head of Infrastructure and Tech Operations Department with solid and comprehensive experience in technology in the banking sector. The successful candidate will work in HCM City.

Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will be in charge of overseeing our current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, including the management of the design and application of information systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure is aligned with our business requirements and delivers a competitive advantage. You will also lead and manage a team of infrastructure and operations specialists, and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

- Plan, design, implement, and maintain the enterprise infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, security, cloud, and backup systems.
- Manage overall performance, availability, scalability, reliability, and security of the infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues and incidents, and provide timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Develop and enforce policies, standards, procedures, and best practices for infrastructure and operations.
- Manage the budget, resources, vendors, contracts, and SLAs for infrastructure and operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure and operations specialists, and provide them with guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide them with optimal infrastructure solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the infrastructure domain, and evaluate and recommend new tools and solutions.
