We are looking for an experienced Manager of the IT Security Department with solid and comprehensive experience in technology in the banking sector. The successful candidate would be located in Laos or Cambodia in a short term.

***Roles and Responsibilities:
Main purposes:
- This role will be in charge of a highly capable security manager to develop and implement security strategies at our Bank.
- Work on determining acceptable risk levels for the enterprise and ensuring the IT in our Bank environments are adequately protected from potential risks and threats.
- Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary
- Support improved data security awareness and education, including on-call availability.

Details:
- Direct and provide hardening guidance for cloud services from Cloud Service Providers such as Amazon AWS and Google GCP
- Execute on Cloud security engagements during different phases of the lifecycle – assess, design and implementation. Implementing industry-leading practices around cyber risks and cloud security.
- Develop, implement, monitor and enhance data security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Work with a team of Cloud Security Professionals where work is assigned via scaled agile methodology and distributed based on priority and skillset of team members.
- Perform in-depth risk assessments to ensure that the security safeguards and controls are aligned with our security policy and standards.
- Review infrastructure design on-premises and on the Cloud (inclusive of container security architecture, data security architecture, network security architecture, and operational security architecture).
- Assess the infrastructure and microservices design against different security regulatory, industry and internal standards of the bank.
- Hands-on working with the tech development squad team to provide security standards and penetration testing.
