Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements (FS) and report to Managment.
• Manage the submission of monthly reports including: ABC (company profit analysis), CAL (profit by model), SGA (company selling general administration exp), Aging reports, Document 1,2,3 (profit by model 2 times/year).
• Manage the submission of all required reports to the parent company (HML) via the designated system (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Budget & Cost Control:
• Manage the budgeting process and monitor budget execution, ensuring effective cost control across all departments.
• Manage and verify vehicle promotion/incentive programs, ensuring accurate booking and financial tracking.
Tax & Compliance:
• Review and ensure accuracy for all tax declarations and reports (VAT, FCT, CIT).
• Serve as a key contact for and assist the Chief Accountant in working with external auditors, tax authorities, and shareholders.
Team Management:
• Supervise and develop a team of 2 accounting staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.- Female, age from 34-38 years old
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Experience:
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting.
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Knowledge & Skills:
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and general accounting principles
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication, equivalent to TOEIC 600 or higher).
• Experience in using accounting software (Bravo is highly preferred).
• Prior experience in the Automobile industry is a significant advantage.
