• Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements
• Creating high-level product specifications and design documents
• Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow
• Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design
• Ensuring that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines
• Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals
• Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.
• Updating software solutions as required
• Leading development team to design and implement software architecture and the whole system
• Leading and participate in company-wide training, knowledge sharing and R&D initiatives
• Staying on top of processes and technological trends and help define the strategic technical areas of company for upcoming years
• Participating in pre-sale effort to build proof of concepts or develop project proposals

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• At least 3+ years of experience in with end-end architecture for large design and coordinate project team in SaaS industry
• Demonstrated expertise in building Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, Web Services and management at scale is a requirement
• Strong knowledge of datastores (SQL, NoSQL) and ability to make choices among available technology based on requirements
• Experience with architectural patterns for High Availability, Performance, Scale Out architecture, Disaster Recovery, Security Architecture
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, deployment and operational aspects of AWS/ GCP/ Azure cloud is a plus
• Software development experience in one or more programming languages .NET, Java
• Ability to guide the team in all tiers of enterprise applications including front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular
• Be data driven, identify and demonstrate the right tools at every stage of software development to ensure code and architectural qualities are not compromised
• Ability to prioritize and handle work to critical project timelines in a dynamic environment and develop new approaches to complex design problems
• Extensive experience in software development and project management
• Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms
• Excellent organization and leadership abilities
• Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details
• Professional experience in Microservices, Serverless architectures
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
